The UI code is in draft/UI/edu/cmu/paid/ui. 
It would not be worth moving it.
The code in the CVS is kept pretty up-to-date, but not the api in api/public. If you need to be sure you've got the most recent api, look directly in the code or do a javadoc on our code yourself.
