The Network Subsystem and the Event Service work together seamlessly.
There are two kinds of communication from the subsystems point of view, an internal & external one.
Internal communication means that two subsystems within one single PAID-System communicate over the Event-Bus.
External communication connects subsystems from different PAID-Systems via the network-subsystem.
For the subsystems it makes no difference whether the communication is internal or external.
They use the same interface for both kinds.
